Springtime at Ninewells Community Garden

Calling all novices and those with green fingers. Join us on Wednesday afternoons 1-3pm in our vibrant garden with trees, vegetables, bee hives and much more. 

What to Expect:

At Student Garden Club, we will embracing the joys of leaving Winter behind and having fun while we do it. From the excitement of beekeeping to the satisfaction of growing your own veggies, every moment there is something new for everyone to try.

What to Wear:

Dress comfortably, for the weather and be prepared to get your muddy. We recommend wearing sturdy shoes and sun protection, waterproofs will be provided.

All Equipment Provided:

No need to worry about bringing your own tools or equipment—we’ve got everything you’ll need. From gardening gloves to beekeeping suits. 

Inclusivity is Key:

At Ninewells Community Garden, we believe that gardening is for everyone. If there is anything we can do to make the garden more accessible to you we would love to hear it. 

How to Get Here:

Located just a stone’s throw away from the main hospital, finding your way to Ninewells Community Garden simple. You can find us on Google Maps or follow the green signs from Wards 1 & 2. (if you feel like you’re going the wrong way, everyone does. Keep following the green signs!)

Feel free to bring your lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.
