Job Opportunity — Wellbeing Co-ordinator

Ninewells Community Garden is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join the Charity at this critical and exciting stage of our growth and development.

With the very welcome funding from NHS Charities Together we want to appoint an enthusiastic person, who is familiar with health care environments and used to working in a clinical space, with an understanding of staff wellbeing in the workplace. If you want to support our incredible NHS & Care staff as they continue to work through immensely challenging times you should consider this Wellbeing Co-ordinator role.

The post holder will work closely with the staff & volunteers who already deliver an extensive range of activities in Ninewells Community & Therapeutic Garden.

Working within clearly defined outcomes, the primary aim of the project is to facilitate the delivery of nature-based health and well-being interventions to NHS and care staff, ensuring that all staff are supported to address the negative effects of Covid surge pressures and the “living with Covid 19” transition. It is anticipated that this project will provide appropriate wellbeing tools to enable staff to facilitate their own wellbeing in the longer term. Nature based interventions will also be utilised to support patient recovery & rehabilitation.
